The Trading Hall of Southern Hoosierland (THSH), also referred to as just the Villager spawner, is an underground facility around the border of the Carolinas and Hoosierland. The villager spawner itself was first discovered by Sierra, who would later be leader of Cheyenne. This was located by her due to it being connected to her old underground mining system. After reporting the discovery to Alex I of the Carolinas and Ava, it was determined to be international territory. Ava later remarked that she had heard villager sounds under the area where Sierra discovered it, but thought she was hallucinating.
The spawner and trade hall combined has become an extremely important location on the SMP, and many players use it to trade with villagers, mainly for enchanted books and emeralds. Several notable events have occurred at the site, including the official declaration of the Villager Revolution of 2023.

In early June 2023, Supreme President of Hoosierland Ava attempted to trade for a mending book with a villager that claimed to be offering them. Instead of a mending book, the villager was actually offering only bookshelves. To Ava's annoyance, she broke the lectern and replaced it a total of 18 times in an attempt to get the mending book trade back. After the 19th attempt, the villager offered curse of binding, in which Ava gave up and buried the villager undeground. The other villagers then swarmed the stand in anger and blocked her in the room with the spawner.
