Sebastian "Diablo" Capitan, commonly known as Diablo or El Diablo, (March 11, 1501 - October 31, 1569) was the second Governor of Canterbury. Capitan took power in 1526, following the death of Miguel Torres, the original founder of Canterbury. A vicious tyrant, his reign was marked by mass executions and terror upon the nation. WIP

On April 15th, 1526, Miguel Torres died while in office. Three days later, Capitan immediately stormed the Casa del Gobernador and seized control of the government and military, thereby beginning his rule. WIP
Attempted impeachment and death[]

On the afternoon of October 29th, 1569, Nicholas Lorenco, a secretary at the Casa del Gobernador, rallied with over 5,000 people outside of the building and attempted to remove Capitan from office. During their attempt to remove the tyrant, Capitan commanded his remaining loyalists to light fires across the capital, Ciudad de Miguel. The deadly fires proceeded to burn for the next three days, which burned down his own home and damaged the Casa Del Gobernador. In response, Capitan created a makeshift hut on the foot of the nearby mountains. Early on the evening of October 31st, Capitan stood amongst the scorched ruins, being tackled to the ground and stabbed by Nicholas Lorenco. After being wounded by Lorenco, Capitan violently killed the secretary and reportedly burned his corpse in an act of aggression. Capitan then ran up to the foot of the nearby mountains, where he succumbed to his fatal injuries in his hut that night.
