OUS is a country on the planet Titan. It had a population of at least 595.997 million as of 2017. The capital of OUS is Wyominga City in the District of Wyo.

History

Pre-2006

In 1997, Parmans ruled over vast lands of the Northwestern. That's until 1998 when People from Quaddo and Pony came through the area. Parmans tried to take over more land, but people from Polar kept winning. Pony settlers defeated them by a landslide and made the short-lived state of Opeppa.

The Ñöiuærme War broke out in the capital Xèhtÿm, whick quickly caused a larger fight in Tornado. The City Hall was burnt halfway down by the W'eresáñválñ tribe. The picture was sketched up by Thomas Soöflörÿ.

In 2002, the war ended and the tribes got together and signed the Treaty of Rigela, which gave Pony, Polar, and Parmans the land of Rigela. The first territory was formed on November 24, 2004 after a major tornado outbreak hit what is now Sandy. The territory was named the Sandy Territory, which lasted until 2006, when Parmans disagreed about turning it into a state.

2006-Present

Opeppa became a country on May 2, 2006. The first state was created on February 29, 2008, which was Dannison. The capital of Dannison was Washington, the largest city in the country. Towns flourished throughout the country, especially one of which called Sandy Beach, which later became the capital of Sandy. On March 7, 2009, the country's states became united and was given the full name, Oceanian United States, later shortened to OUS.

The country gained a new state on December 31, 2009, which was Bedford. Then, about 25 days later, Sandy finally became a state. At this point, there were only three states. On December 22, 2010, Colossians became a state. On January 3, 2011, Jupiter broke off from Bedford and became a state. The area of Jupiter was prone to F5 tornadoes, so almost nobody moved there. On May 1, 2011, Wyominga, District of Wyo, and North Sandy became states. On June 29, 2011, Gsaturna broke free from Parma and became a state. On July 12, 2014, South Sandy became a state after the Rainbow Springs agreed to become capital of the new state. On July 12, 2015, Uranus and Tiki became states, followed by Rigela on August 26, 2015. On September 23, 2018, OUS gained three territories: Southern, Southwest and Central Territories, along with the state of Desidro.

A very deadly outbreak broke out in OUS in 2015, causing an F4 tornado to hit the largest city in North Sandy, Livingston, on December 27, 2015. Another tornado, an F4 tornado that killed 36 people, hit Wyominga's Heart. Rigela became a country again on December 28, 2015.
