Any person with an article on the wiki is eligible to submit one article (it can be their own) through midnight EST on February 6, at which point a vote will be held to select the featured article for this month. Articles created by SPCBlackfordCounty995Main cannot be submitted this month, while articles by CytraCitrus can be submitted again. Articles by blocked/banned users cannot be submitted. After voting is concluded, the featured article and its second place runner-up(s, if tied) will earn a featured spot on the front page for the month of February.
